The role
Identify suitable risk and controls requirement for the EMEA Lending business and roll out new initiatives.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and roll out remediation plan and develop relevant business risk and controls to ensure adherence to updated policies and standards.
  • Ensure that LoBs are in line with relevant Enterprise Risk Frameworks policies and procedures and risk appetite frameworks.
  • Conduct ICARA Operational Risk Assessments to adhere to Regulatory Enterprise requirements
  • Partner with SMEs across second and third lines of defence to ensure smooth delivery of control requirements.

Role Requirements

  • Financial Services experience within Lending from a regulatory perspective
  • Strong knowledge of Non Financial Risk covering Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal and IT systems security
  • Experience in implementing and enhancing strong risk managements programmes within Risk and Controls
  • SME level knowledge and understanding of global banking regulatory/supervisory frameworks
  • Strong relationship management skills
