The Clinical Directorate are delighted to share that some exciting opportunities have become available in the South East Region for the position of Health Board Clinical Lead.

The roles available include both secondment and permanent positions.

We are looking for talented, energetic and forward-thinking individuals.

The successful applicants will be working with a stable, skilled and committed leadership team who are driven by delivery of high performance and innovation.

The team will be working towards delivering a modern, efficient and sustainable Ambulance Service for Wales.

Reporting directly to the Regional Clinical Lead - Consultant Paramedic for the South East Region, the post holders will ensure that agreed systems are in place to ensure a strong clinical presence within their Health Board area.

The role will involve working in partnership with senior management and operations teams to ensure the development and maintenance of sound clinical performance management and measurement systems.
