We are looking for an experienced male support worker for our extablished Supported Living Service located in Weeley.

Competative salary.

Shifts run 7.30am to 9.30pm. Three shifts a week with the opportunity to pick up overtime if required.
One shift starting at 9.30am making the 40 Hours per week. Every other Weekend. Additional annual Leave can be earned when overtime worked. May look at part time support workers to fill the role.

You will be working alongside our experienced members of staff who will mentor you along the way. MAYBO Training will be provided.

No Agency staff used.


The Successful applicant will:


Be able to provide a high quality of care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that may challenge.


Deliver the highest possible standards of care and support in a professional manner at all times and in a person centred manner.

Encourage and promote independence.

Skills/Experience Required

Preferred but not required:
NVQ 2

Full UK Driving Licence


MUST BE Resident and working in the UK.

We are offering The Support Worker:

  • Competitive salary: £11.00 Per Hour after a 3 month probation period.

    Provided and paid for with Annual update
