Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, conscientious and organized individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Assistant in our brand new offices.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our conveyancers, deal with clients, and assist with the smooth processing of property transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in conveyancing and a desire to develop their career further.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with clients, solicitors, and other parties
- Providing front line general administrative support to the conveyancing team
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of conveyancing processes and previous experience in a conveyancing role is vital
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks effectively
