We have a current opportunity for a Transaction Execution Lawyer - Real Estate on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

Our client is a leading real estate capital advisory business. They work clients advising with their financings across the capital stack providing a sophisticated structuring and execution service. They work across all asset classes and UK and European geographies. Their aim is to be a trusted and valued partner, with relationships built on deep client service and teamwork.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Negotiating term sheets with lenders
  • Reviewing and commenting on loan documentation (from a commercial perspective)
  • Managing existing and developing new relationships with prospective clients
  • Working within a team framework to execute transactions
  • Assisting in general negotiations with lenders throughout execution process
  • Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise and close transactions
  • Discuss commercial terms with clients and their advisors

  • Must be able to multitask and be extremely detailed orientated
  • Thoroughness / determination and ambition
  • Enjoy working closely with team members
  • Ability to employ legal knowledge and expertise through a commercial lens
