My client is a global leading services organization (B2B & B2C) operating worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the central marketing innovation hub in a permanent Digital Analytics Manager position leading a team of two Digital Marketing Analysts.

With 150+ websites, landing pages, and social channels, this team works alongside teams in SEO, Search, Digital Content and CRO supporting global marketing teams, providing analysis of web traffic, conversions, landing page performance with performance insights,visualisation and recommendations for improvements.

Remote working is available with quarterly meets at the office based in the South East

The Digital Analytics Manager will ideally have the following skills and experience:

Experience working with regional marketing teams (Global stakeholders).
Proven experience analysing large data sets from multiple data sources, using dashboard reporting tools to visualise the data and provide insights to stakeholders globally.
Ability to lead a small team of two Digital Analyst including 11's, coaching, and mentoring.
Proven experience working cross functionally with SEO, CRO, Digital Content, Development/UX, and Paid Search teams with knowledge of these functions.
Experience managing data analytics platform(s) and driving best practices and continuous improvements.
Experience identifying issues with the data infrastructure and solving through multistakeholder project management.
Strong presentation skills and proven experience presenting virtually to global stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to simplifly marketing analytics and insights via insightful and visual presentations.
Seeking skills including: Google Analytics / GA4 (esstential), BigQuery, Data Studio, SQL, Excel, GTM, Qlikview, PowerBi, or similar tools.
