ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The design team currently consists of 12 people, to support the company's rapid growth and international expansion, we are growing our design team with a new role Senior Graphic Designer reporting to the Head of Design & Branding
The Senior Graphic Designer is a critical figure in sculpting and amplifying our brand identity across both print and digital domains.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be expected to:
- Initiate and craft creative solutions that elevate our brand's storytelling, ensuring our products and services are showcased through innovative and impactful designs.
- Uphold the integrity of our brand across all marketing ventures, from the digital sphere to print media, reinforcing our brand identity and core values.
- Use your communication skills to ensure clear understanding and execution of design projects across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design Deliverables
- Support print and branding design projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our brand standards and objectives.
- Work with the print design and branding team to produce innovative designs and maintain a consistent brand image across all materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings with the print design and branding team to ensure a unified vision and approach to all projects.
- Collaborate with other designers to refine and evolve our branding strategies, keeping our brand's look and feel consistent.
- Collaborate effectively with the print design and branding team to conceptualise and execute innovative design solutions that align with our brand's vision and goals.
- Work alongside event design projects team, events team, marketing team and other departments to understand their needs and translate these into impactful designs that support strategic business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts, themes, and visual identities for events and media brands.
- Maintain brand consistency across all event touchpoints and experiences.
- Conduct postevent evaluations to assess design effectiveness and gather feedback.
- Take an active role in briefing stakeholders about the status of the progress.
- Monitoring industry players' events and corporate branding and making recommendations on how to evolve SBC's design delivery.
