The Transfer Agency department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Root cause and trend analysis skills
  • Oversight responsibilities across multiple locations
  • Management of multi supervisory escalation mailboxes
  • Training and supporting others
  • Placing, Handling Dealing Related calls and administration tasks,
  • Supporting FSC administration daily tasks
  • Work within internal and Client agreed SLAs
  • Handling of Breaches, escalations, referrals and complaints
  • Support Vulnerable Customer cases in line with company procedure
  • Participate in client visits and meetings as required
  • Eye for detail/ accuracy levels of high standard
  • Deliver green KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as a team. Delivering both internal and external KPIs to a very high standard
  • Financial services experience of 2 years minimum in a transfer agency environment
  • Oversight management
  • Supervisory experience
  • Client facing experience
  • Escalation management
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of UK Transfer Agency functions, roles & responsibilities
  • Ability to work on own initiative and multi task
  • Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment
  • General OEIC Admin experience desirable
  • Ability to use Outlook, Excel and Word competently
  • Attention to detail and strong accuracy
  • Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of FCA / HMRC regulatory Environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of complaint regulatory time scales
