Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.


The Marketing Coordinator will assist in leading marketing projects which drive occupancy, securing new methods of promoting the services and through supporting the development of new marketing strategies and launching them to the market; they will also support with company development, homes activation and marketing among the communities where Monarch Healthcare homes are situated.


This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm however, work outside of these hours and days may be required to meet business needs.

You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas and creativity to further support the ongoing development of all marketing functions within Monarch Healthcare.


This role would be based within one of our homes and travel to the care and nursing homes within the group will be required.

The main responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Development of the company website and social media channels and analyse traffic
  • Development and monitoring of the marketing strategy
  • Provide support and coaching, ensuring the delivery of the marketing plan to home managers
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of our corporate and regional marketing collateral
  • Provide reports as required to the Manging Director and Quality Assurance Manager


Prior to the interview, we will request research to be completed that you will be able to present during your interview.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
