BRIERLEY HILL**We are very excited to be supporting a long-established local business who believes in powering the lives of our members, and no one understands the needs of our members more than our Customer Service Team.

As a Customer Services Advisor within our business, you'll quickly become one of the experts our members need.

Working from one of our dedicated branch sites, your day to day will be a bit like this:

Developing relationships with our members and other stakeholders
Supporting a diverse range of customers, complete day to day transactions; face to face or remotely including our online platform
Taking ownership to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently
Keeping up to date with our products, policies and service expectations; and
Working with a team of likeminded people

Passionate about providing strong customer solutions -you'll be part of the team who does this most
Approachable, helpful and member focussed - you'll put our members needs at the heart of everything you do
Strong at communicating - whatever communications methods you use, you'll be able to represent the Society clearly and concisely Not afraid to challenge the status quo - we have an unwavering belief in pushing the boundaries
Flexible to go where our members need you most
Eager to develop your knowledge. We like to continually develop our skills here
Able to drive - we operate across 6 locations, so being able to pop between them will be part of the role

In return we offer:

For providing a passionate and specialist service to our future, members and intermediaries, we offer:35 hours a week contract
Salary up to £20,017
Basic holiday of 28 days (This is going up to 30 days in Bank holidays
