More about your role

Our Works Planners are responsible for the effective planning of our internal teams and external contractors to ensure our planned, responsive, gas and void repairs are carried out in timely and efficient manner.

You will contribute towards performance targets and ensure all systems are up to date. You will also be a key point of contact for our teams and clients.

Please note this is a fixed term role due to end in February 2024. Applicants will need to be available to attend an assessment centre at 18 South Rings Business Park, Craven Drive, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6BZ on 22nd March 2023**For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.

More about you
Applicants should have experience working in a high-paced administration role alongside excellent telephone and I.T. skills. Good communication skills and customer service experience would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.

We would really love to see applicants with a positive attitude that share our SPIRIT values.
