  • Key Mission: Partner with collaborators to successfully deliver initiatives for our business and clients
  • Project Management leading the implementation of initiatives, leading prioritization and issues resolution to accelerate delivery, owning management reporting/governance and partner engagement
  • Product Evolution: Guide our future product needs by building marketleading solutions for our clients utilising technology to ensure scalability, risk mitigation and process efficiency
  • Internal Partnership manage relationships with control functions (RQA, Compliance, Internal Audit) and other business partners (SL Ops, Product Tax, Legal, Compliance)
  • Research and Product Development conducting research and due diligence for initiatives, brainstorming ideas based on product expertise, and designing marketleading and scalable solutions
Who You Will Ideally Be

  • Dependable: You are willing to assist wherever needed, including support tasks; you have a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability for self and team; and you are interested in finance, markets and technology
What You Will Need

  • Education: BA/BS degree in a Finance, Computer Science, or related field (e.g. Economics, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • Experience: 13 years' professional experience
  • Interest: Demonstrated intellectual curiosity in financial markets and an appetite for consistent learning is a must. Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills and an ability to identify problems and implement change required.
  • Proficiency: Consistent record multitasking and ability to meet tight deadlines. High level of energy, drive and selfmotivation. Analytical approach, with clear, logical & structured thought process.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Technical Skills: Strong coding and data analysis abilities, using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock's current hybrid work model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while supporting increased flexibility for all employees.
