Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
  • Manage and lead the sales team to meet targets and objectives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Monitor and report on sales performance using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role at TROJAN SECURITY.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for various tasks, including communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales and sales management.

This is a hybrid role that requires working primarily in our Loughton office with the flexibility for some remote work.


Commitment: 09:00 - 17:00 Mon to Friday with understanding that commitment outside of this scope may be necessary to accommodate the availability of customers.

Able to travel to our Loughton Offices although flexible working and socially distanced remote working is optional.

Pay:
Pay will be on a basic plus further benefits and commissions.

Learning about the business and the campaigns already made

All leads must be logged and their progress on CRM Chasing validity of old lead list All leads must be logged and their progress on CRM Chasing LinkedIn leads

  • Managing relationships: Being attentive to customer needs
Engaging with existing customers finding out if they are happy?

  • Ask about possible up sale of new services? i.e.
are they planning to go on holiday? Providing resolution proposals to customers Gathering Information:

Taking feedback and complaints and relaying to operations team to improve sales relationships Relaying customer and market information back to their organisation.


  • Analyse and implement buying behaviour into strategies
  • Prospecting Engage with coaching, Business networking and personal development tools Learning about the business and the campaigns already made and contributing to developing new marketing and sales strategies to assist target market outreach.
  • Managing efficient use of sales material and marketing campaign budgets Working closely with operation and management team to gauge good understanding of our business / target market Telesales approach for website for security companies.
  • Going out and on the field to outreach and engage with new customers
Liaising with new potential clients and actively seeking new business

  • Searching for possible tenders

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience in sales management
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Knowledge of the security industry is a plus
