We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Management Support Administrator to work as part of our Senior Leadership Business Support Team.

Predominantly working from home, butexpectation of travel to teams, as required, based across Norfolk and Waveney to support service delivery.

This is a fulltime (37.5 hours) substantive position.

You will be joining a fast-paced and changing environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.

Knowledge of the Trust systems such as ESR, Oracle, Trac and Health Roster would be an advantage, however training would be given in respect to any training needs.


You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.

You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.


This role will predominantly supportthe Core Care Group and Senior Leadership Team; however, responsibilities may change dependent on service need.


The successful applicant will be expected to provide proficient secretarial/administrative support, which includes effective diary management; efficiently support meetings; including the collaborative creation of agendas, to undertake and process minutes and to proactively seek clarification of completion of actions as required.


General administrative duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Service Business Support Team and will include, but not be limited to, accurate and timely input into Trust IT systems, maintaining paper and electronic health records, minuting of meetings, diary management, recruitment, using Oracle and liaising with other Teams/Agencies as necessary.
