Description

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students
• Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities
• Provide oneonone tutoring and mentoring to students who require additional support
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and modify lesson plans based on student needs
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher and parents/guardians
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies

• Strong ability to educate and engage with children of various ages and abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other special needs populations
• Knowledge of tutoring and mentoring techniques to support student learning
• Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
