Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Plan and organize company events
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and vendors
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Skills:


  • Personal assistant skills to provide support to executives and team members
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for accurate financial record keeping
  • Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written materials
  • Experience with front desk operations and phone systems
  • Project coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Event planning skills to organize company events
  • Excellent customer support skills to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain order in the workplace
