The Role


As an Administrative / Executive Assistant you will be an integral part of the management team, providing professional and confidential support and assistance to the executives with administrative, analytical, and organisational tasks.

These tasks will range from diary management, HR duties, assisting with financial admin, arranging travel and accommodation as well as providing administration duties for the wider departments.

Duties and Activities:

Assisting

  • Organise, plan, support and prioritise activities and diary commitments for senior execs.
  • Assist management team with internal and external communications.
  • Assist with leadership meetings to produce agenda, record minutes and action tasks.
  • Work closely with the CEO and COO on all internal administration.
Admin

  • Carry out a broad range of administration procedures and duties to assist in the overall performance of the team including: invoices, purchase order records and general admin.
  • HR duties, helping with employment documentation, equipment, onboarding, holidays etc.
  • Assist with procurement, goods in and invoices.
  • Manage all travel and accommodation where necessary.
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority and provide support with the induction process for new colleagues joining the team.
  • Project support work to help with prioritisation, actioning and time keeping.

Type of person

  • Excellent word processing/notetaking and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to plan and prioritise tasks
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Enthusiasm, selfmotivation
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network and develop strong relationships with all areas of the business and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong impact and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to understand and analyse data, paying attention to detail.
  • Competent with account management, ordering, collecting invoices, documenting etc.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role required


What we offer

  • Hours: 2832 hours per week.
  • Salary: £2226k annually (depending on experience)

Part-time hours: 28-32 per week


Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- relevant administrative: 2 years (preferred)
