Are you an experienced commercial property solicitor looking for a new opportunity with a Legal 500 firm in Birmingham?
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic and collaborative Third Sector Property team.

You will find yourself managing your own varied commercial property caseload from inception through to completion including sales, purchases, leases, landlord and tenant, and financing.

You will be encouraged to build strong relationships with your clients who will predominantly be third-sector organisations such as charities, charitable care operators, and social businesses.
