Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a new opportunity? If so, I have a really exciting opportunity for you. O ur client is a rapidly growing company at the pre-production phase of their products. They are developing these fora highly anticipated wave of EV superchargers and are looking for a talent acquisition specialist who willbe responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting top talent for the organisation.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

Implement and develop effective recruitment strategies to bring in top talent to the business.
Manage a fullcycle recruiting process for various different roles, including searching, screening/vetting, interviewing and hiring.
Offer support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will require the following experience/skills/qualifications:

3+ years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or start-up environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience with fullcycle recruiting.
Experience recruiting for technical roles in engineering, software development or related fields.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
