Hi, I', currently looking for 2 Multi Skilled Labourer's for my client in Leeds.


Rate - £ £15.80 Depending on Experience

Hours - 40hrs a week, 8AM - 4:30PM + Overtime

Drivers License Required - Less than 6 points

General Overview

:

temporary (12 weeks) - permanent role


To provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project.

Impact

:


  • Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
  • Compliance with specification
  • Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
  • Maintain and care for all company tools
  • To use appropriate safety equipment
  • To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
  • To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
  • Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
  • Material coordination
  • Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
  • Ensuring that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times

Complexity

:


  • To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
  • To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate
  • Load and unload deliveries
  • Any other reasonable management request

Qualifications or Required Experience

:


  • Previous trades experience
  • Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
  • Understanding of local government
  • Experience of Partnership arrangements
  • Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
  • Self motivated
  • Enthusiastic
  • Flexible & adaptable
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Well presented
  • Reliable
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
