Manchester or West Midlands Office - Hybrid Working

T2M Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Business Partner for a leading engineering and facilities services business.

As a Business Intelligence Business Partner you will be working on financial and non-financial data analysisand reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of a Business Intelligence Business Partner:

Analysis and reporting on large volumes of financial and non-financial data.
Prepare presentations for clients and divisional stakeholders.
Data reconciliation and produce repots on corrective actions required.
Create data visualisations and drive business intelligence to influence operational teams.
Developing support and guidance documentation for financial/billing teams.
Report of recruitment data and reconciliation against HR/recruitment software.
Manage and manipulate Excel spreadsheets using formulae and VBA programming.

Requirements to be successful as a Business Intelligence Business Partner:

Strong Excel skills, working with large volumes of data for analysis and reconciliation.
Previous experience of preparing reports and data visualisation.
Clear and confident communicator; used to presenting to diverse stakeholders.
User of visual basic for Excel and automation.

This is a hybrid role involving time working from the office as well as the option to work from home.
