The Company
A Cloud Customer Experience (CX) Consultancy

Help businesses looking to improve their customer engagement technologies

Provide Consultancy, Project Management and Support.

Their core focus is Cloud Communications and Contact Centres Cloud Transformations (UCaaS & CCaaS)

They partner with the leaders in their technologies (RingCentral and Nice CXone)


The Position

Job Title:

Cloud Communications Apprentice


Apprenticeship Course:

Level 3 Information Communication Technician


Apprenticeship Duration:

18 months


Location:

London, SE16


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5.30


Salary:

£14,000 pa


Role and Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and motivated individual to join our technical team.

We are seeking an Cloud Communications, due to a shortage of skilled people in the UK, you will go through an intense 18-month training programme where you will gain necessary skills required to do the job.


  • System Diagnostics
  • Diagnosing and fixing faults in systems
  • Building and testing Cloud Telephony features
  • General administration support to the teams/customers
  • Talking customers through basic user instructions after initial set up.
  • Fault finding line/software services
  • Visiting customer premises
  • Overtime when required.
  • Update the company ticketing system.
  • Provisioning Orders and associated administration

  • Be a quick learner
  • Love technology
  • Be able to think in a structured manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • English and Maths GCSE (Grade C/ 4 or above)
