Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate positive relationships with students, fostering an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
Assist in the implementation of positive behaviour strategies, ensuring a safe and constructive learning environment.
Work seamlessly with teachers and support staff to contribute to the overall success of the classroom and school community.
Offer insightful feedback to teachers regarding student progress and engagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Relevant experience in an educational setting, showcasing your commitment to student success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative spirit and the ability to follow instructions with precision.
Patient and empathetic approach towards supporting students' educational journeys.
Familiarity with basic classroom management and effective behaviour support strategies.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
