Crossgate Care Home in Kilmarnock is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD/ENG) to join our team, providing the highest standard of care in a professional and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding nursing care and effectively supervise staff members
  • Create, maintain, and review personalized care plans for residents
  • Safely administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
  • Uphold a clean and secure environment, adhering to health & safety and infection control policies
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Support the training and development of junior and new staff members
*Requirements: - 1st/2nd level nurse registration

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Satisfactory background check and clearance against the PoVA list
  • Genuine interest in working with our service user group
*Desired Qualifications & Experience: - Prior supervisory experience

  • Relevant experience or qualifications in care for our service user group

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
Up to £19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Night shift

  • Kilmarnock, KA3 2EL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
