About the role
Informal, busy and fun are words we'd use to describe our Terrace Restaurant and bar.

You will support the restaurant manager and the team who will be shaking cocktails, and showing off their bar skills to keep our customers entertained, as well as refreshed.

As well as that, you'll be hands on and share your bar skills with the team to make them as passionate and professional as you are.

The restaurant's open from 10:30am - 9:45pm, and the Brasserie Bar's the late bar for hotel residents. With over 1000 guests visiting the resort every day, we can promise you a fast-paced setting.


What we need from you:

You'll have previous supervisor, management experience in a food and beverage role. You'll certainly know your Mojitos from your Mai-Tai's. You'll be a showman, who can entertain a crowd with your engaging chat.

You'll certainly have worked in a busy bar before, and have had responsibility for training staff, building rotas and making sure everything's done just right.

Boundless energy with a desire to progress your career in a great team would also be one of our "must-haves.
