The responsibilities of the Administrator are:

  • Compiling data for the sales and marketing entry packs and mailing lists
  • Updating and working with the CRM system
  • Promoting entries on 3rd party websites
  • Processing entry forms and sale contracts
  • Liaising with vendors and buyers
  • V5 Processing
  • Auction administration and preparation
  • Auction vehicle logistics
  • Interact with directors and carry out their requests
  • Booking MOT's and services

Profile

The successful Administrator will posses:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Experience with fleet administration would be beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel
  • Intermediate excel skills ability to do vlookups and pivot tables
  • Excellent customer service skills
