CNC Miller - Setter/Operator

Shift - Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

Proficiently set up and operate CNC Milling machines.
Craft components according to varying customer specifications, adhering to tolerances of +/ 25 Microns and occasionally as tight as +/ 10 Microns.
Handle small to medium batch work, often with medium to high complexity.
Collaborate with planning teams on NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and repeat orders while advancing manufacturing methods based on distinctive customer designs.

Experience and Essential Skills:

Proficiency in setting and operating CNC Mills, particularly 3 & 5 Axis machines.
Prior experience working with a range of materials including Stainless Steel, Nylon, Titanium, Inconel, and Aluminium.
Ideally, apprenticetrained or equipped with substantial experience in the aerospace industry or related precision engineering sectors like motorsport.

Benefits:

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm, Friday: 7.30am to 12.30pm.
Optional overtime available, payable at x1.5 hourly rate (days), typically offering 68 hours per week.
Generous holiday package: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays per year, including Christmas closure.
