About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join UCL's Information Services Division (ISD) as a Faculty IT Support Specialist. The Information Services Division (ISD) is the primary provider of IT services to UCL. We support and enhance learning, teaching, researchand administrative processes by providing information
- and technology-related services to over 50,000 staff and students of UCL and associated institutions.

You will be involved in the following:

Provide specialist IT support for academic users
Actively engage with customers to identify new opportunities for improvement
Participate in Product teams to support and develop of new products
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support
Participate in Communities of Practice, building and sharing knowledge with likeminded colleagues.

About you

End user and server hardware
Lab/Scientific IT
Research Applications
Network/Security
Advanced OS support
Office 365 development
Application packaging and deployment.

As well as possessing the necessary technical knowledge, you should have the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and excellent analytical skills.
