I have a brand-new opportunity available for a passionate and talented individual to fulfil the role of a Credit Control Advisor within the financial solutions sector.

You'll be working with one of the UK's leading debt solutions companies.

Responsibilities:


  • Correspondence with debtors to clarify longrunning claims.
  • Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, Email, Payment links or Letter.
  • Escalation of accounts and issues as required.
  • Monitoring customer accounts.
  • Collection of overdue customer accounts.
  • Negotiation and maintenance of payment plans.
  • Application and processing of order notices/execution notices.

Experience:


  • Experience within the financial services or insolvency industry.
  • Proven customer service and credit collection/control experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
