Location:
Salford (hybrid working between home and the Salford office)


Contract:
Permanent


Hours: 35 hours per week (service runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm)

Salary:
£21,181 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, customer focused individual to join the friendly team at our Red Cross Training contact centre in Salford.


What will you be doing?

Your role will be essential in helping grow, maintain and manage customer relationships, which will help ensure that Red Cross Training remains a market leader in the provision of first aid training courses.

You will achieve this by providing customers with a bespoke course booking support and account service, acting as the first point of contact for an allocated number of our key accounts.


After costs have been deducted, every penny made from our first aid courses goes to support the work of the British Red Cross, so this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career in a truly rewarding role.

You will have the following skills and experience...
Excellent customer service experience - you can easily build rapport with customers and colleagues.

You've got a positive personality and a 'can do' attitude - and you're always looking to find solutions.

Working towards and achieving targets is what you love with an emphasis on quality outcomes.

You're excited by the chance to work alongside a passionate and diverse team.

Comfortable using a range of IT packages.

The Red Cross has been delivering first aid at work courses for more than 30 years and has an enviable reputation for quality and excellence.

We have over 180 training venues across the UK.


You will be working with a close-knit team providing managed customer service to a number of Key Account clients at our Salford contact centre, which is home to a number of support services for our Red Cross Training team.
