Inventory Clerks required. South East and Central London. 6 months experience minimum
We are looking for Inventory Clerks to join us on a self-employed basis to complete property inspections predominately in South East and Central London.
This would also suit someone looking to supplement an existing income or work with other inventory clerks/companies. Appointments are relatively flexible and can fit around other commitments
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience of working as an inventory clerk
- Able to work in south east London
- Have your own car or motorbike/scooter for South East London inspections. Properties are within the ULEZ zone
- Able to conduct all the normal tasks and duties of an Inventory Clerk including inventory makes, check ins and check outs
- Attend familiarisation training
- Be personable, well presented and professional
- Be thorough, organised and reliable
- Smart phone
- Fast internet
- Printer or tablet
- Own costs
- Own tax
- DBS/CRB certification
- Home based work
- Bookings and appointments around other/existing work/clients
- Very civilised diary and appointment management
- Familiarisation training, mentoring and associate membership of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks
- Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
- Market leading rates of pay on a per job basis
