To meet the needs of our customers the hours worked are between 9 am and 7 pm - 8 hours inclusive of an hour for lunch.

Bond Turner are one of the North Wests leading Legal practices, specialising in Personal Injury, Housing Disrepair, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Emissions Claims
We are currently recruiting for Client Care Team members to join our Housing Disrepair Team based in Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their colleagues and clients.

You will be working within the Client Care Team taking initial calls from prospective clients and dealing with the onboarding documents and financing aspects.

This role would suit a recent law graduate or a paralegal who may have some FNOL experience - experience of Housing Disrepair or FNOL is not essential as full training can be provided.

About You:

Ideally have knowledge and familiar with the Proclaim Case Management System but training can be provided
Ideally IT literate
Great in dealing with customers by phone and general customer handling experience
