This opportunity within our Client Onboarding team offers a chance to be directly involved in helping us deliver our award-winning client-centred service.
Simply put, whenever a new or existing client asks for new accounts or portfolios to be set up, the Client Onboarding team is responsible for ensuring these are done in an accurate and timely manner.
You will also support the team in handling requests related to deceased parties which may include the creation and maintenance of associated legal documentation.

What we're looking for
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Confident user of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Consistent and accurate administrative skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
What does the future look like?
Once you are settled into the role, you will begin to take on more responsibility within the team, including taking on more complex queries and reporting.
Redmayne Bentley provides support for colleagues to achieve industry standard CISI qualifications, if that is something they wish to do.
During your apprenticeship you would be studying for the Level 3 Investment Operations Certificate, the key first qualification for progression within our industry, which will provide you with a deep understanding of our industry, FCA regulations and how our firm operates.
Whilst we do not guarantee a permanent role at the end of any apprenticeship, Redmayne Bentley has a long history of colleagues who have started with us as apprentices and moved on to many successful roles and careers within the firm.
