We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Workplace Services team based in Basingstoke

Location:
Basingstoke, Office based

Contract:
Permanent, part time - Saturday and Sunday 6am to 6pm

What will you be responsible for?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Workplace Services team, supporting them duties for the Operational Teams.

Your day to day will include:

To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system.
Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers.
Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
Handyperson jobs to be raised.
Monitoring outlook inboxes.
Providing emergency out of hours cover for our clients across Kier FM and Housing Maintenance.

What are we looking for?
This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

You have previous experience, within a similar role
Have customer service experience
Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Able to commit to the hours advertised
