Staff Nurse - Oncology / Haematology
Location:
The Christie Private Care - Manchester
Full time hours, 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract until August 2023
Salary:
£30,000-£34,950 pro rata, dependent on skills & experience + benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

The Oncology/Haematology Unit enables nurses to deliver high standards of holistic care to patients with cancer, each member of the team has specific expertise in treating and supporting patients through their cancer diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
We tailorcare to the need of each individual, providing full treatment plans from diagnostic assessments to surgery, chemotherapy and anti cancer drug therapies, radiotherapy and supportive care.
The Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for working in a supporting experienced nursing team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care to ensure that patients are cared for in a safe, caring and comfortable environment.
We are looking for a surgical staff nurse to work within our oncology inpatients ward.
We understand that cancer care is a challengingfield and our friendly team work closely together to adopt a supportive culture.
We will work with you to ensure that you have the knowledge and skill to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment that values your wellbeingSkills & Experience:
- NMC Registered nurse
- NHS or Private Hospital experience
- Surgical, Medical or Oncology experience is a must ?
