This role offers a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to join Mansfield District Council's Neighbourhood Services team, to ensure maintenance of Neighbourhood Services assets is in accordance with the principles and procedures of the Corporate Asset Management Plan.

To carry out minor repairs and modifications to Neighbourhood Services buildings and equipment including street name signage and to support the HLD Electricians in their compliance role of testing and maintenance of electrical equipment including street lighting, Christmas lighting and internal electrical equipment.

Applicants must have a Cat C1 Driving Licence.

Working pattern is 4 x 7 1⁄2 hr shifts and 1 x 7 hr shift plus 30 minute break, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, but would need to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
