We operate a collection of Hotels, Serviced Apartments and Aparthotels across the cities of London & Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team in Waterloo. We're looking for a self starter to lead and motivate their teams across multiple departments.

We are now looking for a Night Supervisor to join our Front of House team in our Aparthotel, to deliver consistent service excellence for our guests and oversee the operation overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

Our Night Supervisor will be a natural people person and will be able to create positive experiences for their guests


Their typical duties include:

• Supervise night shift operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Manage and motivate night shift employees to achieve performance targets and meet deadlines
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment processes
• Monitor facility security and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift
• Communicate effectively with other departments and management to coordinate activities and optimize workflow
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Oversee the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms for scheduled events, ensuring all audiovisual equipment, furniture, and amenities are in place and functioning correctly.
• Coordinate and supervise the setup of breakfast service according to established standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of items as needed.
• Assist with guest inquiries and requests during the night shift, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the breakfast area and meeting rooms to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues, taking appropriate action to address them.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the night shift.

What Do you Need?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions quickly
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
