    Your new role as Senior ERP Programme Manager will lead the delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programmes, including the implementation of enterprise-wide systems such as ERP.

    You will advise senior leaders, shape strategic direction, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, plan, and execute large-scale, cross-organisational transformation programmes and ERP implementation projects to deliver strategic change and business benefits.
    • Establish and manage senior governance structures, influencing leadership through expert guidance and programme delivery insight.
    • Matrix-manage project teams and resources, ensuring delivery against milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, managing interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams.
    • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and business case development to implementation and closure, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
    • Manage third-party supplier relationships and contractual obligations to ensure effective delivery.
    • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with approved constraints.
    • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, enhancing team practices and delivery effectiveness.

    We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in business change management within large-scale organisational transformation.

    The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programmes from inception to completion.

    They will be proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    A highly organised, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently will excel in this role.

    Demonstrates feminist leadership principles, including self-awareness, strategic thinking, agility in complexity, and the ability to influence effectively.
