IVA Administration Assistant

Location:
Ardwick

Salary:
Up to £22k depending on experience

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday (No Weekend Work)

We are looking for a high calibre, self-driven and competent Administration Assistant to join our rapidly growing team As an Administration Assistant at AFA Insolvency, your main responsibility will be to oversee the administration of clients IVA's and will be assisting up to 3 teams where required.

We are expecting you to be professional, and trustworthy and to be able to work independently.

Duties and responsibilities

Liaising with Debtors, Creditors and Third parties
Scanning & logging post
Updating Client/Creditor details on the CRM
Updating POD and Proxy forms
Chasing up outstanding documentation
Issuing Creditor Documents
Assisting with other regulatory duties
Ad Hoc duties where required

Qualifications and requirements

Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Knowledge of Financial Solutions
Positive and Motivated individual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
