Description

Reed Accountancy are seeking an Accountant to join our dynamic, flexible client based in Colchester.

They are seeking support in their finance team, assisting with the Head of Finance as well as working collaboratively with the rest of the Finance team.

Key Tasks:

Line management of transactional finance roles
To assist in producing first check reports for the Groups quarterly VAT returns
Experience of dealing with VAT, Income & Corporation Tax, Payrolls and Pensions administration
Maintain the Group Fixed Asset register in line with the accounting policies
Assist in the cash management of the Group, maintaining up to date cash forecasts
Proven IT skills in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Key Criteria:

A Part Accountant or qualified by sound experience
Requirement to be able to drive and a current full UK driving licence with use of your own vehicle

The successful person would ideally have experience in a similar finance role, however full training is provided so if you have matching criteria this may be the role for you.
