Do you want to join an established and committed SEND team?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our excellent SEND team in a newly created post.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, inspiring, and committed professional to lead on administration within our excellent SEND Team.

This role will also involve co-ordination and delivering interventions to provide targeted support for students with additional needs. We are committed to allowing students of all ages and abilities to access a broad and engaging curriculum.

The school has been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted, most recently in January 2023:
"Teachers adapt the curriculum and their teaching resources to meet the needs of all pupils effectively. They do this particularly well for pupils with SEND. The teaching resources are carefully designed and selected so that pupils can understand and remember more over time. Teachers routinely check pupils' understanding. When pupils do not understand the work, teachers adapt their lessons and reteach."

Blue Coat Church of England Academy is one of the oldest educational establishments in Walsall, is well-respected and valued by the community it serves.
