IT Support Engineer Contractor

6 month initial (views to extend)

Hybrid 3-4 days in Cambridge, 1-2 days from home

ASAP starts

£150-250pd OUTSIDE IR35


We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to be part of a high-performing desk support team to help support, analyse and diagnose hardware and software problems and provide support to end-users following this.

This will be a customer facing role so confidence in communication is important.


Skills and Experience:


  • First/Second Line support in previous roles
  • Collaborative approach to supporting across technical issues
  • Responding to support both deskside and remote for Microsoft environments
  • Windows/Mac OS operating systems.
