LVMH Watch & Jewellery UK is part of one of the world's leading luxury goods companies distributing and servicing prestigious watch brands TAG Heuer, Zenith, Hublot & Bvlgari.

As part of our commitment to provide customers with a premium service, we are looking to recruit the following position within our UK aftersales team:


Materials Coordinator
Based in Walkden, Manchester

Working within a small and busy team you will be responsible for the supply and distribution of materials to the watch repair workshop and external retailers.

You will need a good eye for detail, good communication and administrative skills and be willing to work on your feet for the majority of the day.


Your main duties will be:


  • Ordering parts from Switzerland head offices
  • Answering internal and external telephone calls and queries
  • Keep all in house materials stock databases up to date
  • Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation
  • Picking parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis
  • Invoicing and packing orders
  • Checking and receipting shipments
  • Returning parts to Switzerland for refurbishment
  • Ordering of workshop tools and supplies
  • Carrying out materials stock checks and stock takes as necessary
  • Providing manager and team with regular stock reports

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:


Education:


  • Previous experience in a stock/parts or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems
  • Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with strict deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure with a good degree of numeracy and accuracy
  • Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Professional Experience:


  • A level, NVQ or equivalent qualification
  • Appreciation of luxury brand values
