LVMH Watch & Jewellery UK is part of one of the world's leading luxury goods companies distributing and servicing prestigious watch brands TAG Heuer, Zenith, Hublot & Bvlgari.

As part of our commitment to provide customers with a premium service, we are looking to recruit the following position within our UK aftersales team:

Materials Coordinator
Based in Walkden, Manchester

Working within a small and busy team you will be responsible for the supply and distribution of materials to the watch repair workshop and external retailers.

You will need a good eye for detail, good communication and administrative skills and be willing to work on your feet for the majority of the day.

Your main duties will be:

Ordering parts from Switzerland head offices
Answering internal and external telephone calls and queries
Keep all in house materials stock databases up to date
Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation
Picking parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis
Invoicing and packing orders
Checking and receipting shipments
Returning parts to Switzerland for refurbishment
Ordering of workshop tools and supplies
Carrying out materials stock checks and stock takes as necessary
Providing manager and team with regular stock reports

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

Previous experience in a stock/parts or similar role
Advanced knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems
Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with strict deadlines
Able to work under pressure with a good degree of numeracy and accuracy
Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Professional Experience:

A level, NVQ or equivalent qualification
Appreciation of luxury brand values
