'''Overview:We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This jobs is 4 or 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
