WORKFORCE SUPERVISOR


Multi award winning CES have a fantastic opportunity for a Workforce Supervisor to join our highly driven successful insulation department.

We are looking for an individual that thrives in people management

You will look after approx 15 teams (teams are made up of 2 people that will have experience in either plastering, carpentry, dry lining....)


This is such an important role within the structure of CES that will offer realistic career progression and the opportunity to work for a multi award winning energy company.

The Workforce Supervisor will provide solid support for our installers and provide direction and focus for our installers.

Through government established funds, we support eligible homeowners with FREE energy products (Solar, IWI and Air Source Heat Pumps) to aid them in reducing their energy bills and carbon emissions.


Responsibilities:


  • Day to day organisation and motivation of install teams and installers
  • Day to day problem solving for install teams and installers (non install related)
  • Install allocation
  • Installer / installation set up
  • Install team dynamic
  • Performance monitoring
  • Installer 11's
- installer direction & focus

  • Installer monthly stats
  • Attendance & hours
  • Payroll diary
  • Invoice breakdown

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
