Abbots Care is an award-winning domiciliary community care provider in Hertfordshire with a CQC rating of outstanding. Within the role as the Care Coordinator, you are required to manage the organisation and delivery of care.

You will manage a team of care assistants to support our service users in their own home to provide person centred care.

This role is more than just rota management.

You will be a part of our operational team, who ensure that we provide outstanding quality care is delivered consistently to our service users.

The role:

Rostering and management of service user rotas
Working with multidisciplinary teams and professional bodies to ensure outstanding care is delivered and to positively promote our services.
Complete quality calls with care staff and service users.
Provide information and feedback to the necessary partners
Provide support to our teams as part of a rosteredon call system.
Manage referrals from commissioners and local authority.
Ensure rotas are geographical and time efficient

Person Specification:

We are looking for someone who is vibrant, selfmotivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable people.
Drive and Resilience.
Experience of working in a faced paced environment and flexible.
Strong attention to detail and be a completer/finisher.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to commute to and from our main office in St Albans

Desirable Experience:

Experienced Coordinator / scheduler doing coordination and rota management.
Holding a full driving license and access to your own vehicle
