We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with answering membership and facility queries
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Salary:
From £21,515.73 per year
