Description

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the management of the mechanical engineering team which carry out reactive and planned maintenance of all mechanical systems at UHP.

This post requires a proactive and dynamic person who is willing to adapt to any situation to keep systems safe and operational.

They will also be willing to take on training of various hospital engineering systems which paired with experience will allow them to effectively manage and maintain them.

The Estates team pride themselves on having the skills and knowledge to tackle and overcome any problem encountered to keep the engineering systems safe and operational for the clinical teams.

A proactive and dynamic approach is encouraged with the opportunity for individuals to develop their skill base and further their career.

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS at Risk staff throughout Devon who is able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
