Are you passionate about health and wellbeing? Can you facilitate change and enable individuals to empower themselves to take control of their health and wellbeing? If so, Feel Good Suffolk is looking for you.


Feel Good Suffolk is an exciting collaboration across Suffolk with the aim of empowering clients to take control of their health and wellbeing with health improvement changes such as weight management, increasing physical activity levels, and stopping smoking.


As a Feel Good Suffolk Advisor, you'll provide support to adults by telephone, video call or face to face in community venues on a one-to-one and group basis.

You'll also plan and facilitate the delivery of group sessions, drop-in's and one-to-one support based on the key themes of physical activity (including exercise on referral), adult weight management and smoking cessation.


What you will need:


You will be organised and able to work under pressure to tight timescales over a period of time and be a strong communicator with proven active listening skills.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to work some evenings.

DBS clearance is required for this role.
