HGV Fitter / Technician

Cardiff, Wales

£30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday

Full time position

We have partnered with an HGV servicing and repair company based in Cardiff who provide workshop and mobile assistance to heavy goods vehicles including trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on a fleet of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV)
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HGV systems and components
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an HGV Fitter / Technician
Valid HGV licence is preferable but not required
Experience in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a fleet of Heavy Goods Vehicles
Strong knowledge of HGV systems and components
